- Profile information: biography, profile photo, social links, availability, gallery images
- Business information: services, pricing, deliverables, payment methods
- Client data: names, email addresses, and project information for clients you manage
- Communications: messages, announcements, and documents shared through the Service
- Payment information: billing details processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the Service
- Device information: browser type, operating system, device type
- Log data: IP addresses, access times, referring URLs
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies

- Stripe: payment processing and subscription status
- Supabase: authentication and database infrastructure
- Resend: email delivery confirmations
2.How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and manage subscriptions
- Send transactional emails (invoices, contracts, notifications, password resets)
- Generate business intelligence insights through the POB engine
- Improve and develop new features of the Service
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3.How We Share Your Information
3.1With Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating the Service:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Supabase: database hosting and authentication
- Vercel: application hosting
- Resend: transactional email delivery
These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may only use it to provide services to WellStrives.
3.2With Your Clients
When you invite a client to the Service, certain information is shared with them as necessary to deliver the Service, including your business name, profile information, contract details, invoices, and project communications.
3.3Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including to comply with a subpoena, court order, or government request.
3.4Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
4.Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
Upon cancellation or subscription lapse:
- Days 1-7: Full access retained
- Days 8-14: Read-only access, data fully retained
- Days 15-37: Account suspended, data fully retained
- Day 38: Account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@wellstrives.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) for all data
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data
- Row-level security policies on our database
- Secure authentication through Supabase
- Payment data handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
