Peak Operations Blueprint

The operational intelligence engine behind WellStrives

The POB engine is not a checklist. It is a layered intelligence system that coaches you on what to improve, silently audits whether those improvements are sustainable, and adapts its guidance based on how your type of business actually works.

Two engines. One score.

Layer 1

Blueprint Engine

The visible layer. Uses the Revenue Through CX framework to score how well your business removes revenue blockers, creates exceptional client experience, enables consistent delivery, and maintains operational clarity. This is what you see in your POB score, insights, and action queue.

Layer 2

Integrity Engine

The hidden layer. Uses the Peak Operations Rule System to silently evaluate whether your improvements are coherent, decision-backed, human-scale, and actually reducing chaos over time. A business can look productive and still be fragile. The Integrity Engine catches that.

Four pillars. One score.

30%

Revenue Process Excellence

How well you remove revenue blockers, manage client handoffs, speed onboarding, and structure the journey for conversion and retention.

30%

Client Experience Intelligence

How clearly, responsively, and confidently your clients experience working with you across every touchpoint.

20%

Delivery Enablement & Reliability

How consistently you deliver on time, with low revision rates, and with systems that make the next project easier than the last.

20%

Revenue Intelligence & Visibility

How clearly you see current business health, track leading indicators, and make faster revenue decisions.

How scoring works

The POB Score

Your POB Score is a number from 0 to 100. It is a weighted average of your four pillar scores, calculated from real activity in your account - not self-assessments or manual inputs.

The engine reads your proposals, contracts, messages, deliverables, invoices, and portal activity and converts that into a score that reflects how your business is actually operating.

Score bands

Score range: 85-100

Excellent

Your operations are tight. Revenue blockers are cleared, clients are engaged, delivery is reliable, and your business visibility is strong. Focus on optimization and scaling what works.

Score range: 70-84

Healthy

Solid foundation with room to improve. Your core systems are working but there are specific friction points the engine has identified. Address the active insights to move into Excellent.

Score range: 50-69

At Risk

Issues are building. One or more pillars have significant gaps that are affecting client experience or revenue collection. Act on your insights now before they compound.

Score range: 0-49

Critical

Immediate attention needed. Your operations have foundational gaps that are directly costing you revenue or client relationships. Focus only on your critical insights until this score improves.

Built for your type of business

A contractor, designer, coach, and automation consultant can all be scored on the same pillars - but the insights, thresholds, and recommendations adapt to how your industry actually works.

Pillar weights adjust slightly based on your business type. A home service operator weighs speed and scheduling more heavily. A coach weighs client experience and retention signals more heavily.

Maturity stages

Stage 1

Foundation

You are setting up the core operating system for your business. The focus is on removing revenue blockers and establishing consistent client experience.

What unlocks next: Complete at least 3 projects successfully, raise your Blueprint score above 65, clear critical overdue invoices, and reach an Integrity score above 65.

Stage 2

Growth

Your core system is working. Now you are optimizing for consistency, reducing revision rates, and building recurring revenue patterns.

What unlocks next: Raise your Blueprint score above 80, complete at least 10 projects, keep revision rates below your business-type threshold, and build at least 2 recurring clients.

Stage 3

Scale

Your operations are reliable and efficient. The focus is on automation, team enablement, and ensuring the system remains calm as volume increases.

How to stay here: Maintain Blueprint score above 85 consistently, keep Integrity score above 80, ensure firefighting signals continue declining, and expand through team or collaboration workflows.

How insights work

Insights are specific issues the engine has detected based on your account activity. Each insight explains what was detected, why it matters, and what to do about it.

Critical

A revenue blocker or structural issue that needs immediate attention. These insights have the highest score impact and will not go away until the underlying issue is resolved.

You have 3 overdue invoices
Uncollected revenue is building up. Invoices aged past 30 days are significantly harder to collect and signal a revenue process gap that will compound if not addressed.

Action needed

Something specific is affecting your score and client experience. These insights point to a clear fix with a direct route to the right part of the app.

Client response time is above the 4-hour standard for consultants
Your median first response time is 8 hours. Consulting clients interpret slow responses as low priority. This is the leading cause of mid-engagement disengagement.

Info

An observation or optimization opportunity. These do not urgently affect your score but represent a clear improvement you can make when ready.

Operators like you typically add a scope confirmation step before production begins
Creative professionals who use a brief approval step before design work average under 2 revision rounds per project. This insight fires when your revision rate trends above the threshold for your business type.

You can take action on any insight directly from your dashboard or POB report, or mark it as Not Applicable if it does not apply to your business. Dismissed insights are tracked in your score history log.

What this means in practice

Your score reflects real activity - proposals, messages, deliverables, invoices - not self-assessments.
Insights are specific to your business type, not generic advice.
The system is designed to make your business feel calmer over time. More chaos is a signal something is wrong, not a sign you are busy.
