WellStrives was founded by Johnathan Jones after discovering a critical gap in how businesses approach growth. With degrees in Marketing (UX focus), Management Information Systems, and an MBA with a specialty in Data Analytics, plus 10+ years transforming operations from the U.S. Air Force to aerospace companies, Johnathan realized most business failures aren't strategic, they're operational.
